Before & After photos. We began moving in on October 1st, a month later than we had originally intended. This was due to a request by the previous tenant for more time to relocate.

This space had previously been a storefront, a drug store, a guitar shop, nearly a pizza parlor, a massage parlor, then another massage parlor prior to us moving in.

The person who tried to make this a pizza parlor put down the tile flooring. The earlier massage parlor installed the rooms that we had to demo, all without a permit. This included a drop ceiling dropped from the existing drop ceiling, walls that were made with textured panels, stapled to the studs (?!!), and cheap base board that was tacked to the wall.

It took a month alone to demo and remove all of the materials from the walls and the cabinets left over. The previous tenants also left us the ugliest couch I have ever seen.

After the better part of three months, ten gallons of paint, and endless trips to the hardware store, the space is finally ready for photos. If you have a chance, stop in and see it in person.
