All images shot at 1/250th ISO 100, shot on an Impact Gray Backdrop.
Light distance was 66" from the backdrop using a 7" Reflector.
Lights used were the Elinchrom RX-4 D-Lite strobes which were set up behind V-flats on either side of the color chart.

These tests only use the Gels with the highest density (90%).

The filename for each image consists of:
[Gel ID]-[Light Power Level]-[Aperture]-File Number

The light on the color chart was kept consistent with the aperture for comparison, using a boomed Einstein E640 with a 42" Soupbowl Modifier pointed downward from about 7.5'. The color chart was approximately 5' from the backdrop, and the key light was about 4' from that to camera left. The V-flats (black side towards camera) were used to protect the backdrop from key light spill.

Notes:

- When the gelled lights were set to higher powers combined with widest apertures, there was some wraparound color spill on the subject. (Expect to use apertures narrower than f/4 when the lights are powered above 5.0, and a greater subject-to-backdop distance for any light power at f/2.8).
